Service class, where
presenter Bob Beeland
teaches attendees the value
of true customer service.
Mr. Beeland emphasizes that

society. As always, it

DCVB’s Customer Service
class originates from the
desire for guests in DeKalb
to have such a welcoming
visit that they will want to
return. One of the
