Ride
the Ducks Adventure
The Ride the Ducks adventure made its debut at Stone Mountain Park in 2004. This exciting sightseeing experience takes visitors on a 40 minute tour, on land and water, throughout the Park. The vehicle is commonly known as a “Duck,” receiving the name from the model designation “DUKW” that was used in the WW II era. The DUKWs have been converted into comfortable open-air vehicles that move easily from land to water.
The tour includes interesting information about the Park, Atlanta and Georgia, presented by the Duck Captain who provides each guest with their very own Wacky Quacker TM for the ride. The unique sightseeing experience gives participants a chance to enjoy the Park in a whole new way with the best show on wheels and water.
The all-new Treehouse Challenge is the ultimate kids’ adventure including two dueling tree houses, where boys and girls join forces to compete against the opposite gender for bragging rights. Each tree house stretches three stories high and gives kids over three dozen interactive activities and challenges to enjoy. A giant scoreboard sits between the two tree houses and keeps track of every activity and point earned by winning players.
